Within the framework of its general plan to enhance the capabilities of actors in public sphere and the ones with the desire to improve their skills, Binna for Democracy and Development held a training course on institutional strategic planning.
A three – day’s training course was held at the premises of the Civic Lab facilitated by the trainers, Mr. Malik Ali and Mr. Abdelnasir Ahmed.
16 people attended the training course, males and females aging between 18-23 years old.
The training course’s content focused on basics of planning, creating vision and the strategic plan, defining the theory of goals, analyzing the situations using the analysis methodology and method of analysis.
The participants implemented work groups and training on making short, medium and long strategic plans. The discussion went on positively towards materials introduced.
At the end, participants recognized the content of the training course and the trainees. The work team of the organization thanked and appreciated the participants for enduring the hardships of three days to making the training course successful.
The training course was held in November/ 2022.
